I’m Paige Simon, a product designer, facilitator and coach who helps teams untangle complexity and turn it into products people actually want to use. I specialize in enterprise products and the operating systems behind them, where the challenge isn’t just designing screens, but the underlying platforms, data and decisions that let a product scale. My work sits at the intersection of human-centered design, product strategy and organizational change.

Over the years, I’ve partnered with product, engineering and business teams to move from project thinking to product thinking, building shared understanding, stronger design systems and experiences that scale.

I care deeply about humanizing complex workflows: making data understandable, reducing cognitive load and introducing moments of clarity and delight where work often feels heavy.
